Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Handle appointment scheduling and office correspondence
- Assist with updating and managing company social media pages
- Provide general administrative support to the office
