Requirements

  • OND, HND, BSc or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Handle appointment scheduling and office correspondence
  • Assist with updating and managing company social media pages
  • Provide general administrative support to the office
